First of all, we need to define happiness. For some people happiness is a life equal to the Dan Bilzerian show. Lots of money, lots of girls, lots of expensive cars and we shouldn’t forget the guns as well.

That’s exactly why Dan Bilzerian has 21.4m followers on Instagram, and almost everyone knows who he is. But the truth is, he wouldn’t be popular without the money.

This means no hot girls, super cars or anything related to the fascinating life that he’s living. Although a lot of folks dream to experience that type of life at least for a day, there’s a group of people who simply don’t care about the material stuff.

We’re talking about people who would rather have that quiet and no drama life. And we know that society labels them as boring, but that’s not the case.

However, science has no answer to what form of happiness will bring you the most joy. All science has to offer regarding happiness is taking naps. Yes, that’s right.

According to science, if you want to be happy you should take naps!

Professor Richard Wiseman, from the University of Hertfordshire, said: “Previous research has shown that naps of under 30 minutes make you more focused, productive and creative, and these new findings suggest the tantalising possibility that you can also become happier by just taking a short nap.”

“Similarly, longer napping is associated with several health risks and, again, this is in line with our results.”

You should remember this fact the next time you feel sad. Don’t waste time on alcohol, and just take a short nap!
